WWE 2K24 could reportedly honor Bray Wyatt’s legacy
Bray Wyatt made his WWE return at Extreme Rules 2022 after being released in 2021. He returned with a brand new gimmick and a character change. He took a long time in the build up with a slow phased story telling. He had a feud with LA Knight and finally had a Mountain Dew Pitch Black match at Royal Rumble 2023. He was teased for a feud with Bobby Lashley for a possible match at WrestleMania 39.
However Wyatt was pulled away from television due to real life illness. Wyatt was never seen on television again and was informed later that Wyatt passed away in August 2023 due to Heart attack at the age of 36. WWE paid a homage to Bray Wyatt's career with a ten bell salute and recalling some of the memories of him. WWE also announced that the funds he raised using merchandise sales will be fully donated to their family. It was now informed that WWE is looking to pay tribute to Bray Wyatt in a way more different way.
Bray Wyatt to feature in WWE 2K24
According to WWE insider BWE, Bray Wyatt's career will be honored and will also feature some new opportunities in career mode of WWE 2K24 for Wyatt.
“For 2K. The believe that they will dedicate the game for Bray Wyatts career. They also are looking into pvp new opportunities, it could end up being a different game than 2K24. I have no other updates but will share when possible.”
Bray Wyatt's sudden passing is still affecting a lot of fans and colleagues, which still feels unreal. However Wyatt will be cherished in the hearts and thoughts of many. He is one of the unique minds who had a lot of creative freedom in sketching his own storyline, gimmick and making people engaged in it.
