The FIH Hockey Women’s Junior World Cup 2023 is scheduled to be held from November 29 to December 10 in Santiago, Chile. This is the 10th edition of the competition with the inaugural edition held way back in 1989. The Netherlands are the defending champions while India finished on the fourth spot after losing to England in the shoot-off last year.

Indian hockey team are placed in group C alongside 2022 runners-up Germany, Belgium and Canada. The Preeti led side are set to start their campaign against Canada. Top two teams from each group qualify for the knockouts.
